Pharmacists have a specialised knowledge of medicines and can deal with a host of minor conditions, without you having to visit your GP.

This service is offered by all the pharmacies listed and allows patients presenting with symptoms of minor ailments to access appropriate medication from a list of products. If you do not normally pay prescription charges, you will be eligible to receive these products free of charge.

How does this service work?

Contact one of participating pharmacies and present to sign up to the service.*

Our pharmacist will assess your symptoms and suggest the most appropriate medication from the list of available products

Medication is supplied, with appropriate advice for use, free of charge if applicable. If not, you will be advised of the cost.
