Blood Pressure Checks
Trained staff and advice
It is estimated that about 5 million people in the UK are unaware that they have high blood pressure – literally walking around with this silent killer, as often there are no obvious symptoms. If left untreated, it can lead to heart attacks, heart disease and strokes.
A blood pressure test is a simple means of checking whether your blood pressure is higher or lower than the ideal reading range of 90/60mmHg – 120/80mm/Hg.
Most of our pharmacies offer a free blood pressure testing service, and our trained staff will be able to discuss the results with you and make suggestions to help you manage your blood pressure.
