PRE-REGISTRATION AND PHARMACY

OPPORTUNITIES

We have a limited number of places for students to undertake their pre-registration year with us.

Your pre-registration year

is a very important year. You've got an exam to pass at the end, and it's a little different to University. We will help you to make that transition, and to tutor you towards exam success.

We have a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise within our company. You'll develop communication skills, learn a little about herbal/alternative medicines and aspects of day to day retail pharmacy. We appreciate that everyone doesn't grow at the same rate or has the same ambition, and as a smaller group, our culture allows us to develop people individually. All we ask is that you bring your enthusiasm and a desire to get something out of your year with us. Hopefully, you'll enjoy your year at Murrays, and will want to stay and further develop your skills and experience.

VACANCIES

We have a variety of High Street Communities and Health Centre pharmacies in which you can gain experience and confidence. We have pharmacists pursuing their individual interests in Smoking Cessation Counselling, Medicines Management Certificates and Clinical Diplomas. We currently give a Continuous Professional Development allowance as part of the salary package, such is our commitment to CPD. We are working to develop closer links with surgeries and other health professionals.
