Abrasions/Cuts/Infections

Antiseptic to kill bacteria and promote healing. Wash thoroughly then apply 2-3 times daily with cotton wool.

Acne

Antiseptic, bactericide and pus solvent. Apply directly 2-3 times daily with a cotton bud. Use in conjunction with Daily Cleansing Wash.

Ingrown Hair Pustules

Apply directly onto pustule 2-3 times daily.

Paronychia (nail fungus)

Apply directly onto infected area, 2-3 times daily

Insect bites/stings

Anaesthetic qualities take sting out and bactericide prevents infection. Apply immediately for soothing relief.

Cold Sores

A cold sore is the side effect of a virus. Tea Tree Oil will kill the infection. Apply immediately when the sore begins. Use 3-4 times daily for up to 5 days.

Minor Burns

Useful for burns - anaesthetic takes pain out, bactericide prevents infection and stimulation of the circulation speeds up healing. Flush burn with cold water until the pain has gone, then apply Pure Oil, followed by the Treatment Lotion. Can be diluted with water - 1 part oil to 10 parts water.

Muscular aches

Stimulates the circulation, bringing oxygen and nutrients to the area and removing toxins and lactic acids. Rub into the affected areas for temporary relief. Also apply before and after exercise. If desired, add 5mls. (one teaspoon) to hot bath and soak.

Nasal/bronchial/sinus congestion

Dilute one teaspoon in vaporiser or steam bath for inhalation.

Sore/irritated throats

Problems caused by bacteria present in the throat and mouth. Tea Tree Oil's anti-bacterial action will kill the bacteria. Dilute 4-6 drops in glass of warm water and gargle.

Fresh breath

As above, using 4 drops to 25ml of warm water.

Toothache/infected gums/mouth ulcers

Use one end of a cotton bud to dry away saliva as product cannot penetrate as it is a digestive juice, and use the other end to apply directly to affected area twice daily for up to 7 days.

Teeth

Apply a couple of drops on a toothbrush, then apply toothpaste and brush to help remove plaque and stains. For flossing, run or soak the dental floss through the Pure Oil and floss as normal to help kill bacteria between the teeth and gums.
